Rod Larking

Office Manager

Rod joined us in June 2009 as our Office Manager, with the responsibility of developing our service infrastructure to match our rapid growth. Previously, Rod was involved in healthcare management, in both the public and private sector, working with issues such as data protection, governance and service development.

Before joining nfpSynergy he gained a merit in an MSc in Development Studies in SOAS with the intention of joining the not-for-profit sector, and also has a BSc in Psychology from UCL. Away from the office he has a long involvement in combat sports and currently trains at The Real Fight Club - with the aim of competing in a charity boxing match one day!
