Mhairi joined nfpSynergy in December 2009. Among our syndicated monitors, she works on the Charity Awareness Monitor (CAM) and Brand Attributes (BA). She also works on bespoke client projects, including work for the Commission for the Compact, Children and Families across Borders, Action for Children, Elizabeth Finn Care and WaterAid, as well as on nfpSynergy's free Social Investment research.
Mhairi has a History degree from the University of Glasgow, an MPhil in International Relations from Oxford and a PhD on liberal political discourse around asylum and border control. She has previously worked as a research intern for Demos and the New Local Government Network and as an administrator for the Royal College of Art and Marie Curie Cancer Care. She has also provided a range of research assistance for organisations including: GoddardPayne, the G8 Research Group Oxford, the Independent Asylum Commission and the University of Oxford Politics department.
Mhairi’s interests include current affairs, history, literature, painting and yoga.
