Jo Graham

Jo joined nfpSynergy in early 2008, having spent eight years working in strategy and business development for commercial and public sector organisations. Her role at nfpSynergy involves leading on client projects, providing direction on tracking research, ensuring that our work is delivering on client objectives, and involvement with the direction of the business at management level.

Prior to nfpSynergy, Jo was at News International, where she was responsible for strategic planning and customer insight for The Sun and News of the World. Previously she was in Business Development at BBC Worldwide, supporting the business in leveraging the commercial opportunity of BBC brands.

Jo’s experience of dynamic and pressurised working environments and dealing with considerable research budgets helps our clients make timely decisions and conduct actionable and insightful research.

Since joining nfpSynergy Jo has delivered a wide range of research projects from understanding how young people seek help, for The Vodafone Foundation, to evaluation of supporter satisfaction for WaterAid; exploring the need for website support among children with muscle disease, for Muscular Dystrophy Campaign; and communications and creative development testing for a number of organizations including Macmillan Cancer Support, Save the Children and The Salvation Army.
